"My fiancé called this company on Sunday to be told that she needed to hire a leak detection company to verify where the leak was. After digging for a few hours and getting very close to the leak, the leak detector showed up the next day (Monday) and verified we were right on top of it. It should've been another 18 inches or so down. He charged us $300. So we called Blue back and we were happy to hear that they were sending someone out that afternoon. He showed up, dug about 12 inches in less than an hour, told us the leak was not there, charged us $200, and told us we needed to get the leak detector back out to find the leak. So we called them back and they were happy to come back out the next day (Tuesday) for no further charges to verify the leak was where they said it was. After confirming that I called Blue back and they did not like my attitude and told me to use somebody elses services. $500 dollars to 2 companies and I still only have a hole in the ground I dug myself."
