We've owned our salt water pool for over 8 years and we've never had the tiles cleaned or the pebble tech acid washed. There was so much calcium build up on the tiles you could barely tell that they were blue tiles. Alex and his team came out and took care of everything and now our pool looks as good as it did when it was first built! They even powerwashed our pool decking at no extra charge. Plus we received a Veteran's discount on our bill for the tile cleaning/acid wash! We love their service so much that we will keep them for all our pool maintenance and service needs. "The technician did an excellent job. It did take a while to get the repair finished, but that was due to Bertazzoni delivering the parts. I have had multiple problems with this particular appliance. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."
