"This was not a good experience. Communication problems, scheduling problems and quality of work.

In the spring of 2014, I hired this company to perform yard work of a similar nature. Things went smoothly and the workers (at that time) were outstanding. They utilized time efficiently and accomplished all the tasks in all the front yard and 3/4 of the back yard. The coupon special at that time was $169.

This year, the cost was $349, and less was accomplished. A crew was suppose to arrive on February 24th. I was called the afternoon before and was told the employee was ill and would arrive the next day. No worker and no call the next day. When I called, I was told he was out of town. No one showed up the next day, and then I was told he no longer worked for the company.
 I was rescheduled on March 2nd.

Unfortunately on March 2nd, the two workers had to deal with wind and pouring rain. The plant that I wanted pruned did not get done as I had requested, many areas of the front flower beds still have weeds. Not all of the front flower beds were weeded. The two gentlemen were prepared to leave when I told them that there were areas that still had weeds, and they said that they needed to get on to their next job.

The first experience with the company was so much more pleasant. We are an older couple, and my husband has mobility problems. We will be looking for another company to handle our yard work.

"The job went excellent. Shay repaired about 100 lineal feet of fencing that had blown down. He placed new posts in new concrete. Did all new framing and even got me a great deal on the fence boards from a local supplier rather than paying over double at the big box stores. He really cares about doing a great job and is meticulous and makes sure everything is done right instead of trying to rush through it. I woukd absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for work done around their home or property. I'll be hiring him to rebuild my deck this spring as well!"
