"Kelvin Funes, owner of KF Remodeling is a very experienced contractor in all aspects of home building and remodeling. They have done four jobs for me this year from Feb to July of 2025. Jobs included; shower/bathroom, plumbing, electrical, drywall, and painting. Some were major plumbing and installation of wired smoke detectors. He replaced the pipe and additionally replaced a facet (at the tenant?s request). He was very nice on the phone and professional. James was very good spirited about the whole situation and also gave me an accurate cost
