I had to get up at five to be there on time and then they were just a complete no-show. No call no nothing. I spent an hour on the phone phone trying to figure it out. The customer service person was rude. I asked to ask her four times to be allowed to talk to a supervisor because she said she couldn?t do a thing to help me only to find out that my job wasn?t even a scope of what they do which they could?ve told me on the intake so they seem like a huge company but the customer service was horrible for me atleast."

"1 hour labor included going for part which technician said was the "Cadillac" of bibs...Woodford 19 pex bib. Receipt showed 1 year warranty. Note that labor was $158; plumbing is not cheap. My husband was hoping to do the job, but got a point of "should I or shouldn't I". Hubby was able to locate the line/connection in base of pantry by cutting an opening in wall. Not able to separate the connection requiring replacement; this required a special tool. He had thought of using heat/saudering but thought twice. Hubby saved a lot of $$ in locating connection! Technician was thus able to work from inside and outside."

He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."
