"This is the 2nd house I have had Robert install an entire AC/Heater Unit in. This last unit was a 5 ton that lasted me almost 18 years - When talking w/ Robert he wanted to ensure that the size of the existing unit was accurate prior to replacement. He came over in his off time just to double check the ceiling heights and sq. footage and confirmed that we were good to go. I appreciated that level of detail versus other companies that would just "punch in an order" and worry about it later. He will not try and sell you on things you dont want or need and was great to work with to try and save me a few bucks. "Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition. 
A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.
