Get matched with top walk in tub installers and replacers in Primm-springs, TN

"Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."

"Our project was the removal of a large Kohler walk-in handicapped bath tub and replacing it with a custom designed shower. Timothy Baker, the installer, could not have been better in any way. Tim was completely professional and dedicated, even staying very late the last evening to complete the job. A significant bonus to this project is knowing that we have lifetime warranty on the shower, even transferable to a subsequent home owner. We can also schedule routine inspections which I plan to do starting next year. We truly appreciate ImproveIt and their superb customer service and follow-up post installation."

"Danny did a great job remodeling our shower. It required a total demo down to the studs, new plumbing, water damage repair of floor, new tile, wall build, and new tile floor. Wow just look at the results. Danny is a gentleman and fair business man. Easy to work with. He has done all of. home remodeling... painted entire inside house, installed new flooring, remodeled kitchen and installed custom dormers. We are out of jobs and we love the look and feel of our home."

"I was a little disappointed that I had to call them to see when the install would be scheduled. The person I spoke with claims she tried calling me a few times to schedule. I asked if she had left a message and she replied she didn't remember. On the plus side, my installer, Brandon was very polite and professional and walked me through everything he was going to do. Once the job was completed, my floors were cleaner than when he started. LOL - even outside. He made sure to show me how the shower worked and made sure all my questions were answered before he left."

"Went extremely well, from the estimator to the reworking of the bid to the scheduling to the actual installation. Very professional. Very responsive."

"I hired Michael's Plumbing to fix a toilet that was constantly running. After they performed the initial repairs on 02/13/2018 (replacing various parts) the problem persisted. My tenant called them and they returned twice but the problem was not fixed. My tenant and I called at least 5 times and no one called us back until I posted negative reviews. After that, someone called and advised that the toilet is old and can't be repaired and they would replace it with a newer model toilet at no additional cost. They apologized for the failure to communicate this information. The new toilet was installed on 04/28/2018 and so far it is working great."

"Great group of people. Professional and efficient, and very respectful in my home during the completion of this project. Kitchen remodel turned out perfect and I love it. Really enjoy working with these guys and would 100% hire them again."

"Felts Plumbing went above and beyond on our new home build! They did all the plumbing work (rough-in and finish), and we are very pleased with the work done; we have had zero issues. They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, responsive, fair priced and fast! I would highly recommend their services and will use them again for future needs!"

"Frank is very nice gentleman and showed great patience with my questions and frustrations. The original plans called for concrete patio, but with the Tennessee weather, the rain had other ideas. Ultimately we installed a 16x16 ground floor deck and a 6x4 deck leading up to sliding door. The demo, build, and finishing took three days. The work was high quality and they cleaned up the site well. I have other projects I need to have done around the house and Frank found a return customer. Thanks Frank!!"
