And it really would have been a plus or a solid 5 stars but my system still doesn't get that cold upstairs although I think that has more to do with the system and our pattern in running it than the mechanics expertise because he was very good. He seem to very much enjoy what he was doing and talking about it. And the pricing was affordable. I would definitely recommend this company and the Angie's List special to someone else."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
