I reached out to Neli and quickly got an appointment. We chatted over the phone while Tom was looking at the range. it was so easy and it put my mind at ease, we could fix the beast and be back to baking. Tom sent a follow up email with a link to a tech company that would fix the electronic controller board. He included the specific parts number which turns out was the right one, not the one specified in the manufacturer's online documentation! I shipped the broken parts out. The repaired controller came back just in a few days. The part was installed and range operational before my wife was ready for her morning tea. I hugged the old stove. "Working with Sara at the Kitchen Center was fantastic.  I was nervous about the cost of a new kitchen and overwhelmed with the details of a new layout.  Sara was full of good ideas and she was so patient with me as we worked through planning my new kitchen.  I compared prices to the kitchen company who originally installed our old kitchen and the Kitchen Center prices were comparable.  I gave the price a B rating above only because it isn't cheap to redo a kitchen, but paying for quality cabinets is so worth it!  It took me a few weeks to make a final decision on what I wanted, but when I finally did, Sara made sure that the delivery and installation of the cabinets was on schedule and kept me up to date.  The installer was very professional.  He was a perfectionist and he did an amazing job.  Overall, we are thrilled with our new kitchen!  We love the Wood-Mode cabinets, the pull-out shelves, and some of the nice bells & whistles that are available with quality cabinets.  I would certainly recommend Kitchen Center to anyone who needs a new kitchen or bath and would like to work with a team of designers who are professional and knowledgeable.  "

"Alex and his team did a complete deck replacement. They did a very good job on this project. After removal of the old deck wood, it was determined that further reinforcement would be needed in order to do this job properly. Therefore, original estimate had to be adjusted quite a bit, to account for the extra labor needed to perform the reinforcement. Alex and his team completed the job in about three weeks, with most of the days in cold weather. Several payments were provided throughout the project and there were no hidden costs, they were very upfront in terms of what needed to be done, and were transparent throughout the process. Alex and his team also added, without additional labor cost, repair work for a side door deck, which involved replacement of about 8 boards. All in all, pleased with the work completed, very professional, and both decks look very good. Would use them again for future projects."

"Vladimir responded quickly to my inquiry about my leaky washing machine, was able to come and assess the next day, and actually completed the work the same day. It is a bit of an awkward setup but he handled it graciously. Machine ran fine when I ran it the next day. Only feedback is that he was a couple of hours later than ETA and I would have appreciated a call to let me know, but work and service were great. Would hire again."

"My commercial-grade fridge was not cold enough. Gordon was at my house within an hour of me calling him and he added freon and cleaned the coils. I didn't think I'd be able to get same-day service, and it was greatly appreciated! He also looked at my oven, which was not what I called him for but while he was here I remembered that it has not been preheating efficiently. He ordered a new part for that and even cleaned the contact points on my gas stove so that the burners will light better. I started out my day needing to find a repairman, and it is not even noon yet and my fridge has already been fixed!
    The price included $100 deposit for the oven part. I don't have anything to compare the price to-- as always I was hoping it wouldn't cost much--but it was totally reasonable."
