"I rank Landson Construction #1 in the list of contractors we have hired in our 40 years of home ownership. Ari and his team of subcontractors recently completed a challenging remodel of one of our bathrooms--challenging because it is a very small area with limited space. Their finished job looks better than our separate remodel of a larger bathroom completed by one of the big firms that advertises daily on television. Examples: the tile work in our small shower is exceptional, and the vanity/oversized sink is a perfect match that does not dominate the small room. Ari Erickson (no relation to me) offered selections from his preferred vendors, but we had full latitude to shop on our own for all tile and fixtures. He and his subcontractors kept us fully apprised at all stages of the project, arrived promptly throughout the course of the work, responded promptly to our texts and emails, and cleaned up their work area at the end of each day. My highest recommendation: I always seek at least four bids for a major project, but I would forego that process and hire Landson Construction again for future building/remodeling projects, and would encourage friends and family to do the same."

"Ivan installed new vinyl siding and three new windows in our home. When the old fiberboard siding was removed, lots of wood rot and poor insulation were uncovered due to poor workmanship done by the original builder. Ivan fixed all the problems and we are so very happy with the result. Our house looks great and our furnace runs way less since the drafts are gone. Ivan and his crew perform high-quality work; they are honest, friendly and their communication was excellent. "From quote to finish, working with Craftsmen Home Improvements was a fantastic experience. This was my first major house project as a new(ish) homeowner, and I was nervous. There were a couple minor issues along the way, but they were all fixed quickly, with no fuss, and at no extra cost. They supplied me with a detailed 12-page report that was filled with specific instructions for contractors, diagrams and photographs. From Michelle, the friendly and helpful woman at the desk, to the clear and understandable advice given Steven, the licensed professional engineer who worked with me, The Complete Building Solutions Team radiated friendliness, honesty and competence! Several issues were found that were minor. However, one was very important and must be fixed within a year. "Overall, the project went very well, We are happy with the quality of the work and the result. The plans were creative, and we were happy with the design selections and guidance. There were a few unexpected changes to layout due to structural constraints, which resulted in a less efficient flow. The cost of change orders were not clearly explained prior to execution. The contractor was very hands on and at the job site extensively, and she was easy to get a hold of. The carpenter was not available to work on the project on Fridays, which did extend the project timeline. The contractor pointed out repairs/improvements that needed to be made to bring the home up to code. This added cost, but was necessary and appreciated."

"Every aspect of the project went so well.  Our lead carpenter was great, and he kept us up-to-date on everything.  They said the project would take about 12 weeks and it took 14.  There were two people in the office who kept us up-to-date on everything.  They addressed our concerns/needs immediately.  When there was a concern about our garage issue, they brought in many people to consult and figure out what to do.  Every worker that came into and worked on our house was respectful, friendly, professional and easy to work with.  They were always concerned about us.  The interior designer was absolutely invaluable."
