"Greg was punctual and professional. Most importantly, he listened to me and did not immediately dismiss the issues I was having with my oven as "user error." By a process of deduction, he determined that the main computer board of my oven was broken. Although the quote for the repair was fair, it was going to cost nearly as much as a new oven, so we opted not to have the repair.
