"My house has been sold. One of the things on the inspection list was clean the furnace. Chris Jr. did open the front & showed me that the inside was still very clean but I told him to clean anyway. Then he found a little water on the floor next to the furnace & discovered a leaky pipe. Explained everything he was going to do & gave me an approximate cost. He was efficient & professional. Had an excellent experience with this company. I intend to recommend them to others."

"I called and Louis answered right away... he listened to our issue (low hot water pressure in the kitchen sink) and made some suggestions. He really was helpful in trying to help us resolve the issue which we really appreciated! Since hubby is skilled somewhat with plumbing we ended up going out and getting a replacement faucet - BUT C.T Mechanical and Louis are now safely saved in my contacts and the next time we need a plumber we know who we are going to call. "I had a technician from AJ Perry who gave me very expensive and ONLY option to fix shower faucet. The sleeve in the shower faucet won't come out because its badly corroded so he said he has to open the wall and replace whatever etc. etc. Worth $2100 to fix!! Thank goodness the receptionist in Rich plumbing called ( i used homeadvisor) and scheduled the visit the next day. The technician came and started to work on it. He cut the sleeve, replaced cartridge w/o a hitch but for the life of him he can't put the faucet back correctly. The faucet opens to very hot water and turns to very cold. It was reversed. He said he hasn't seen anything like this. He had been in the house almost 3 hours so i told him that's okay reversed. We'll just try to live with it. When he left I called their office and asked them to fix this correctly by a different technician because this poor guy really tried and it won't budge. Two techs came the ff. day troubleshoot it immediately and fixed it . I'm happier. Very responsive company, good price, good service from receptionist to techs. I recommend"

"I recommend harvey as we called him at 10 pm for a busted water pipe in my moms house he answer my call and stated dont worry im on my way he then turn off the main water valve told my mom dont worry you be ok he found the broken pipe went to his van got materials needed and fix the problem my mom was back up and running he then clean up the water on the floor dried up the area turn on the water and told my mom all set. His price was very fair givin the time of service thank you harvey"

"The men arrived on time. The original assessment was that the interior wall would have to be cut open and wainscoting removed then replaced in order to access the pipes. However they first tried to remove the faucet from the outside wall and were able to do so. The faucet was replaced at minimal cost and in a short period of time. They were very polite and left no mess. I have used Eddie B for several years and will continue to use them in the future. Thanks Eddie B."

"I hired Alliance to complete several jobs in my newly purchased home including: 1. bringing bathroom and kitchen plumbing up to code, 2. installing a garbage disposal and faucet, 3. installing a new toilet and fixing plumbing to toilet, and 4. multiple pinpoint leaks and pipe corrosion in the basement plumbing. From the start, it was such an easy and stress-free process. Communication was constant through email and text about the service dates and ETA of the team members, which was fantastic as I was traveling back and forth between my current and new home.
