On Friday, Aug. 1st,I noticed that my garbage disposal was leaking when I turned the water on.  I called Ed and he said he was going on vacation and one of his associates would be able to get to me on Monday.  I was disappointed because I was having guests over on Sat. and it was going to be difficult to prepare things with a leaking sink.

To my great surprise and relief, I rec'd a call from Ed Sat. morning asking me if I'd like him to come out and I, of course, said yes.  He was at my house 1/2 hour later and installed a garbage disposal that we purchased at Home Depot. The installation got a little more involved because the pipe was badly corroded and also needed to be replaced.

I greatly appreciated the fact that he squeezed in my job before departing for his vacation.

We've used him in the past for other jobs at our house and at my mother-in-law's house and I would highly recommend him.

"I was in constant contact with them,by phone, before  the installation. I was nervous about what I had chosen and was invited to take my time and go to the showroom to see it on a larger scale. Measuring day and day of installation the crew were prompt, very clean, very professional. Everything was covered during installation and they happily answered any questions I had.  There was a very small problem with one of the countertops fitting correctly. "Had a leaky pipe in the kitchen sink, as well as a couple of other potential issues. Got three estimates, and Super Rooter was in line with the others. But I chose them because the owner's son, Frank (I believe that's his name . . . they were here in July, so obviously this is a delayed review), was patient in answering all of my myriad questions and I appreciated that. He came back to do the job at the kitchen sink, and he did it well. Ultimately, I didn't need to address either of the other two things I had initially got estimates for (though I might have to with one of them . . . my fingers are crossed). I give them a "B" on price because I can't accurately gauge the market price for the service that was rendered, but since Super Rooter was in line with the others I'll give them a positive grade. And I give them a "B" on responsiveness because after Frank went back to the office with marching orders to have them follow up to set up a service call, I never heard from them. And so, several days later, I was surprised when Frank rang my doorbell with tools in hand. This is a family-run business, and evidently the mother and/or sister responsible for making appointments fumbled the assignment because they never called me. It’s a good thing I work from home and was around. I probably should give them a “C” for that, but Frank helped them gain the “B” when he called to say he’d be late before arriving to give the initial estimate. Regardless, I won’t hesitate to call Super Rooter if and when the next plumbing issue arises."

They arrived on time, efficiently and accurately performed the service.  Help us explain, first hand, how to use the new washer to our elderly Aunt and were extremely courteous.
The work was performed expertly and the cost was very reasonable.  it was a very pleasant experience.

"We needed to have our antiquated and failing sewer main replaced, a big job. I would rate 10 stars if I could! I could not be more pleased with the service and the outcome. Bill came out quickly and provided an extremely competitive estimate. They started the following weekday. They arranged for all utility markings and permit, and handled all of the interactions with the utilities and township. They were able to maneuver the new PVC pipe around trees on our lawn so none had to be removed. The work was completed in 3 days total. It would have been completed in 2 days, but one of the utilities did not mark their lines correctly resulting in more work for them, and the township inspector arrived extremely late which delayed them in filling the trench. They worked past 8 pm on two of the days. They came back late one day to clear water that flowed into the trench after a heavy rain. Extremely professional. Super friendly service, and excellent communication throughout the project. They specialize in sewer mains and underground plumbing, and have seen it all. This is one of the best experiences I have ever had with a contractor!"
