"Scott and his team are wonderful. After recently being scammed by a contractor that we hired to remodel my parent's home, I had to quickly find someone who is honest and reliable. "Steve and his crew really do a great job. I had issues with the roofing above my sunroom. Steve came out after I had him do some other work in my house. Namely replacing LVP in that same sunroom, and install a metal shed and rollup door on my shed. The work was top notch. The roof will need more attention at a later date, no fault to Steve Burgess or his crew, just poor workmanship from a different installer years earlier. If you want a contractor that promises what they say they will do then use Elite Burgess Construction."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
