"Chris always returned the calls in timely manner. Concrete projects usually need waiting based on company's book-of-work and weather. Therefore, Chris proactively called me every two weeks to update me the latest, after he told me in Mar that my project probably be on in May. The price is very reasonable. "It went smoothly exactly as Paul described the job. His crew installed a sump pump and ensured in drained to the curb. The crew replaced the drain run to the curb and dug around the existing bushes. The crew also connected the the roof downspout to the run to the curb.The crew installed a perforated pipe in a trench which created a floating basement floor on 3 sides of the basement. (the 4th wall was not necessary since was an interior wall.) They concreted over the pipe with a gap to the wall. they repaired and painted the basement walls."

"Had a sidewalk block severely up-heaved due to tree roots causing a tripping hazard.  Had a few other sidewalk blocks that were not as severe needing leveling.  A-1 came out, and gave me a recommendation and estimate for leveling the problem blocks.  They were professional and courteous, and easy to deal with.  The estimate was straight forward.  They put me on the schedule, and came out when they said they would.  They did the work they said they would, and the sidewalk is much better now.  The major up-heaved block was dealt with by raising up two of the blocks next to it to form gradual slope, and so that the unevenness was completely eliminated.  That's the best that could be done short of replacing a major portion of the sidewalk altogether.  The cost of $400 seemed reasonable too for what we needed done. <br />"

"Concrete driveway leveling and crack repair work was performed to our satisfaction, by a 2 man crew, who arrived promptly at 8 am and completed the repairs in less than 4 hours. <br /> The work was expertly done. Almost half of the driveway had settled with resultant cracks and joint movement, caused by water intrusion into the substrate below the slab.  The slab has now been raised back up to level by drilling small holes in the slab and filling below with light weight dense foam, pressure injected. Upon completion of the leveling process, all the crack joints were filled with sand cement topped off with a flowable epoxy, thus sealing the joints. <br /> Observing the work as it was done, I was impressed by the skill level shown and, especially, the judgement of how much injection can be done without causing further cracking to occur due to over filling, or uneven filling. <br /> It is important for potential customers to know that this is repair work.  The intent is to make the driveway completely functional and safe. The evidence of it being repaired will be obvious but should, when finished properly, be acceptable.  The only alternative, complete demolition, sub slab consolidation and new slab construction, would probably cost at least ten times as much and much longer to complete. <br /> The two men worked diligently, showed a high level of competence and were very courteous at all times.  We were very impressed and would, following this experience, strongly recommend Acculevel, Inc. <br /> Myles Murphy <br />"
