I received estimates from five of the top landscape outfits on Angie" List and Micah responded on behalf of Dean Landscaping.  Micah returned my email in a timely fashion and showed up on time for our pre-arranged walk through.  He was very knowledgeable and made several observations and recommendations which were missed by all but one of the other companies.  He took the time to listen, provide feedback and provided a quote on the spot after calculating the labor and supply costs. 

As the project design evolved and changes were made follow up w/ Micah was sporadic.  He would either email a response right away or it would take four to five days.  My impression is his company is one of the better and busier firms in the market and this is the busiest time of the year for them.  I ended up not utilizing Dean Landscape because of their busy schedule,  but I will definitely call them in the future simply because Micah was so straight forward and knowledgeable.

"He fixed the leak but we had several issues with the quality of the job. He had to cut into the wall behind the shower, which we knew would have to happen before we even called. He left the bathroom floor a huge mess. He could’ve easily put a drop cloth down. It took over 30 minutes to clean up after him. The tub fixture he replaced is crooked and loose. It doesn’t sit tight against the shower wall and there’s not enough caulk in the gap. He was a very young plumber and I get that maybe it was a little more complicated than he anticipated. For almost $700, we expected better quality work. I wouldn’t hire again or recommend this company to anyone."
