"Dublin Plumbing LLC did an outstanding job. They were quick, accurate, responsive, and a pleasure to work with.
Our older home was not properly plumbed under the kitchen sink, which caused issues with water backing up into the right sink from the left sink when the garbage disposal was run. In addition, the sink started draining very slowly. At that point, we contacted Dublin Plumbing LLC, and they promptly came out and provided an estimate for the extensive work that needed to be done to correct the problem.
They were able to schedule our job several days later. They showed up on time. Jim was present on-site to oversee the work most of the time. The installation of the new drain, vent, faucet & garbage disposal all went well.
They were able to access the drain pipes below in the basement by neatly cutting access panels in the back of a built-in cabinet. They replaced the access panels, and they don't look like they were ever cut.
When they discovered that they needed a bigger piece of equipment to clear the clogged drain under the basement floor that the kitchen sink drains into, they promptly scheduled this for early the next morning, and they quickly got that drain cleared.
We also had a clean-out plug stuck in the basement floor for the main line. They drilled it out and replaced it with a new plug.
After all of the work had been completed, Jim followed up with a phone call to make sure we were satisfied.
Jim, Aaron, Chad & Chris all worked on our project. It was a pleasure to have them work in our home.

"First I had a bathroom issue from a water problem.  Gary's estimate made the most sense to me and he took extra time to explain what needed to be done.  I had an idea of what I wanted and he took it from there.  We needed to reroute the plumbing to an inside wall. He explained it all to me in a way I understood and did a great job! He also installed the new dry wall ceiling in the bathroom below.  I managed to segue him into the kitchen! My 1965 kitchen was in dire need of a makeover.  He turned it into a 2014 kitchen.  The first day demo was so quick and efficient, I was in shock!  I told Gary what I wanted and he helped me make decisions along the way. I had no experience with new construction and had no idea what to expect. Gary showed me my options and explained how he was going to make my decisions happen.  He built the countertop himself including trim, installed a LOT of cabinets, installed appliances (rerouted plumbing for the refrigerator), rerouted electrical to move old wiring and lighting placement with new placement and lighting fixtures. He worked the plumbing for a new disposal and replaced all the outlets and switches.  He installed all the flooring and was VERY knowledgeable in helping me pick the flooring for my needs. He has great taste in colors too. :-)  I asked his advice on different issues and he was more than willing to help me.  He was patient and understanding.  So in all, Gary can and did do it all.  
My kitchen looks incredible!  He was super nice to my dog Jim who I think will miss him more than I will. :-) I have many other jobs in this house and will call Gary first. He is my "go to" guy and look forward to working with him in the future.

HE ARRIVED EARLY WORKED FOR AROND A HALF OF A DAY WENT TO A PLUMING SUPPLY STORE AND BOUGHT A NEW FILTER ASSEMBLY.,,,, AND ONLY CHARED ME $182. 00 TOTAL.. THE PART ALONE COST WAS $60.00 .. I WILL CALL HIM AGAIN ANY TIME I HAVE A HOME REPAIR .. I AM ALREADY CONTACTING A CARPENTER HE KNOWS."

"Everyone I dealt with at Rooter Works was super friendly and accommodating. The Technician, Brian, came out and gave me estimates on options with my water heater. I told him i wanted to get other estimates and he was very kind and understanding about that. After getting a couple of other estimates, the one given to me by Brian was the lowest so I set up an appointment to get the water heater I had purchased elsewhere and brought home myself installed. The installation day was to have been the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. On Tuesday evening, I was able to get my old water heater working so I called and cancelled the installation appointment. On Wednesday, my old water heater quit again and I wasn't able to get it working again. I called Rooter Works and again they were very kind and understanding and set up a new installation appointment for Friday morning. Brian was again the technician who came out and did an excellent job of installing my new water heater. Brian is a very friendly and professional person as is everyone I spoke with at the company."
