Jim was responsive, came out to assess on a Sunday morning, and arranged for the repair to occur that day. Jim and his crew are professional, communicative, thorough, experts in their craft. I so wish that they had put the original roof on as it was less than 5 years old when we bought the property. "Impriano’s reps were extremely helpful in selecting replacement roofing materials to prevent a roof failure like I had just experienced. They made recommendations for what I needed and explained it in a manner I could understand which was not the case with a different roofing contractor who came to my home to estimate the job. To me, the situation was something of an emergency with winter approaching, and Impriano made scheduling of my roof a priority. Workers were very professional, punctual, and took great care not to impact the adjacent townhouse properties. Workers kept me informed of how work was progressing. They took photos at various stages so I could see the work being done; the photos of the completed job confirmed that my existing gutter guards, etc., had been secured. They were very attentive to small details. For example, they pointed out that the nails used on an existing metal cover between my house and my adjoining neighbor were silver while the cover was brown. Although the roof is 3 stories high, they decided to use brown coated nails so the nails would blend with the cover. At the completion of the job, they cleaned everything up and used a metal detector to locate errant nails on my driveway."

"Kevin, our Estimator, was involved throughout and made sure everything went smoothly. The crew was terrific and helpful in every way. They provided a color consultant and the painters provided valuable insight when the trim color we initially chose didn't quite look right when they started painting the trim, they took the time to let us know their thoughts and worked with us to get the perfect match. They also went above and beyond...When we lost power during one of the Summer storms, they offered to leave their generator and ample gasoline with us so we could at least keep our refrigerator running! Definitely will hire again!"

"Overall my experience with this company was fantastic. That is saying allot because I am very particular. Originally they finished the job in three days (which was fast considering what they were asked to do). On the last day I called him with some concerns about where the walls met the trim and Vivaldo talked to him men and had that taken care of saying to me 'the most important thing is that you are happy with the job'. He meant it! After the crews left on a Saturday I found ALLOT of places where the old colors showed through particularly above the trim. However, what sets this company apart in my mind is that when Vivaldo (the current owner) came out to pick up the final check that Monday I showed these spots to him and right there he called back one of his best guys to finish the job out right. It took his guy about 7 hours to do it and he left our house at 8 pm but almost everything was perfect at that point! Only after that when I was happy with the work did Vivaldo ask for the final payment. I really appreciated his professional behaviour, his responsiveness to my concerns and his respect for my time and house. I found the quality of their work to be great int he end and for a reasonable price. The crew was quite considerate. They even took their shoes off while they were painting because I have a no show policy! This surprised me because I never asked them to do that and just assumed I would clean up after they left but it definitely made clean up allot easier! There were a few minor glitches along the way including that the painters used a bathroom on the second floor that I asked them not to use even though there was one of the first floor that they could use and they crated the usual amount of mess. However, what stays in my mind is that even with the bathroom incident when I mentioned this to Vivaldo he took it very seriously and made sure it didn't happen again. Once again, I find that my interactions with Vivaldo and his responsiveness to my concerns are what made the overall experience great. I will definitely use them again next year when I plan to paint the next floor!"

"First received estimate via email, which included the crown moulding coupon. This was about a month in advance of the scheduled date for the work. Joe contacted us a few days before the date to go over details and ask if an earlier date would be possible, but unfortunately that did not work for us. (He was able to keep the original date, thankfully.) At this time, we also realized that we had misunderstood the terms of the coupon. The moulding was pre-purchased by us, but the coupon includes the cost of materials. The moulding also exceeded the limits of the coupon in terms of level of detail (dentils) and face width, but Joe agreed to keep the original coupon price since material was pre-purchased. Advice to coupon redeemers on Angie's List: READ THE FINE PRINT!
Joe arrived on time on the scheduled day with one other worker. They laid out ample floor cloths, set up equipment in the backyard and got to work. Unlike some contractors we've had, they did not set up a radio and were rather quiet throughout the day. By late afternoon, they had nearly finished but Joe had to leave for some evening estimate appointments. They did a very good job of cleaning up. He returned the next day to do touch ups, so what was originally proposed as a one day job turned into 1.5 days.
Overall the quality of work and the experience was great. I was a little surprised that the trim work was done free-handed -- no tape or other tools were used to achieve perfectly straight lines. This is apparent upon close inspection, but otherwise unnoticeable. The extension of the job into two days was not a problem for us, but could have been an issue for other people unable to be home another day. Nevertheless, we were very pleased and would definitely hire him again.

"Their work is highly professional. The mortar color and application style match the existing work well, and all non-mortar parts (ie a lattice under our porch, meters, etc.) were replaced carefully. Clean up was superb, and done daily. Masons were very easy to work with, and maintained excellent contact throughout the process. Their price was excellent, especially since they discovered that our old building needed more care and repair than originally anticipated. Work started on time, and was completed expeditiously.  Highly recommend.
