"I made some inquiries concerning installation for garage door opener with installation. Daniel came by to view the project as my wood door is 10 foot in height. While checking things out he pointed out a couple of items that need attention before there might be a significant problem: like most of the door hardware had loose bolts and rollers need oiling. I was not happy with the door spring tension, which said he could adjust. I gave the go ahead on tensing the door springs and taking care of the hardware. Granted there was a cost, but I found the door much easier to operate. Daniel was very friendly and courteous."

The "salesman" was the first to arrive and quoted an expedited install but recommended additional bracing on our new door (not really needed) and additional nylon rollers (needed). The installer arrived as indicated are really worked great but did not have all the details of the job. He got what he needed and did a perfect job but did not have the ordered keypad. He said he would deliver it as soon as possible. The paid keypad opener never arrived and after months of gentle calling and gentle email reminders, they failed to complete this part of the job, not replying to email enquiries. After 9 months, I spoke with Liftmaster/Chamberlain and they are sending the garage door opener key."
