"Superbly, as usual! (Brian's been my go-to computer guy since at least 2011). He assessed repair options - they looked poor. I obtained replacement, Dell XPS 9510, which had an empty 2nd solid state hard drive slot. He moved the older HD into the empty slot, set a back-up program to copy into the new computer's much-bigger drive, and I'm up and running again. Brian's a star; I'm very grateful."
