"I had a plumbing need in my basement. It was a leaky sewer drain stack. I contacted two different companies thru Angi's list. Both came to look at the job and quote it. John Morel came in almost one half the cost. The other company wanted to do extra things do do the job, seems that was to make it easier on him. John proved that it was not necessary. He had me send him a photo of my washing machine spigots and when he arrived at my home he had all the materials needed to complete the job in one visit. Steve kept me informed by phone and text when he would arrive. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Reasonably priced for the time spent to do the repairs and would surely use his services again if I needed any plumbing work in my home."

"Josh and his team installed a tankless hot water system into my new home. Josh was always super responsive, showed up on time and performed quality work. There was a small issue with a line in our house and he came out immediately to resolve it. Also had his team install two new toilets to our house. Highly recommend him and his team."

"We needed to get a new water heater to replace ours due to our warranty being 6 years and we were on the 7th year. We checked Lowe's, Home Depot, and some other plumber's prices. The tanks are affordable but the installation fees were ridiculous. I submitted a request on home advisor and JMB Plumbing was recommended. Jim (owner) contacted me immediately and met with us the same day. He was very friendly, honest, and professional. He quoted a very fair price for the tank and installation. The next day he came back with the tank and installed it. Didn't take much time at all and left the area spotless. We are so happy we found JMB Plumbing and scheduled Jim to come back next week for another job we have been holding off on. We have had a few plumber's in the past few years and prices/quotes are outrageous. My husband and I are very pleased and proud to say, we finally have a plumber!! Hopefully we will not need one often, but when we do, we will call Jim."

"I am writing to share my positive experience with Jon. He was punctual, efficient, and very knowledgeable. I appreciated that he did not try to upsell any unnecessary repairs. Despite my house being older, Jon successfully replaced the outside faucets with frost-free models that are up to code. He also relocated the inside shut-off valve for easier access. Additionally, he successfully rerouted a new line from my kitchen sink to install a new faucet outside, correcting a previous installation that was poorly placed with an inaccessible shut-off valve. Although he encountered challenges at almost every stage of the project, he was able to resolve them all. Jon’s customer service and expertise are exceptional. The pricing was fair, and there were no surprises once the work was completed. It is great to find a plumber who is reliable and gets the job done right the first time."
