"Wonderful!!! First off, I moved to the Cape from Maine into a neglected large apartment that was abused over a period of 15 years and of which the landlord could care less. The holes large enough drive a truck through, mold, dirt, cracks, etc. The more I looked at it each night the more I was convinced no one could make this place right again. The paint job was also on me and my meager funds. I contacted different painters but was taken aback by the outrageous estimates, one guy looked at the place and never came back, to the shady crew down the street who I knew immediately could not perform the job. I found Home Advisor and reviews of Emerson's crew. So when I contacted him I was not sure he would even consider the job being and hour and a half to two hours to drive down here. But he came on time and said he would send an estimate in a couple of days. It arrived and to my delight it was incredible and something I could afford. In hindsight, I personally believe he underestimated the amount of work that he promised but what a catch of luck for me!!! His crew is wonderful, pleasant, professional and they worked their fannies off never taking time off except for a small lunch break. Obviously they had to get up very early to get here by 8am each morning. They knew what they were doing and cleaned up after themselves each day. It's like getting a new hip or knee replacement, you want the surgeon who just does hips and knees. Very happy!!!! Beautiful job for what was a nightmare. P.S. Emerson has an Elvis Presley thing going for him! Great Job guys!!!"
