He was a little late due to inclement weather but communicated the whole way to be sure that the timing was good even with the delays. He also had the lowest quote by a few hundred dollars. The only reason we didn't go with him was due to a timing issue when it came to the install data. Paul did the needed measurements and provided a quick guestimate on the likely cost of the install up front. He provided additional insights around things that would impact the cost and let me choose if I wanted to pre pay for the potential costs and get a refund if they weren't needed or if I wanted to just pay for them if they came up. Not only was I thrilled with the quick installation but also the price, which was $2 sq/ft for good quality snap/click type flooring on a very clean and level floor. (I provided materials.) Steve was on time, professional and resourceful when it came to details like making sure the thresholds were done properly and in making the areas adjacent to a fireplace look good. He took pride in his work and made sure it was done right. Based on this experience I'll definitely be using Cransten again. Scheduling and payment were super easy as well."
