"Provider came on time and worked on the project. Dustin stated, he could not understand how the drain was clogged and would not waste all of my 2 hours. He then stated that he would go back to the office explain the situation to his Co workers and call me the next morning with a solution. No call back, I finally called him after about 5 days and left a voice message. Dustin returned my call and stated a possible solution but said it would cost $105 per hour if he came back. No mention of time owed or anything.

We love both items. The owner was awesome. She was friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend their services to anyone."
