"Called several windshield shops and these guys were the cheapest.  I knew I was in for an interesting experience when I pulled up and a scraggly looking dog was the first to greet me.  Their "waiting room" consists of a few chairs in the service area.  I didn't really feel like chatting, so I went for a walk for a few hours while they worked on the car.  I got back and they were finishing up, it was neat to see them put the windshield in.
A few days later we noticed that we could hear air coming in through the windshield.  So I had to go back, and they resealed the bottom of the windshield, took about 30 minutes.  
Overall, I think I should have gone with a more expensive place.  This place was a bit far from where I live in Draper and the lack of a waiting room was frustrating.  If I lived nearby or was just planning to drop off the car I would come back, but it's not really in the part of Salt Lake that is fun to walk around.
They did fix the problem quickly and apologized for the issue with the seal.
