He tore out an old tile floor and two more layers beneath the tile. Then he installed the new LVT and the fit between the planks is so tight and level that it looks completely seamless. My background varies from residential handyman work to working on multimillion dollar job sites. Right out of high-school I became a Glazer and mastered the trade advancing to running my own crews on amazing job sites all across Northern Colorado. Mine and Michelle's joint passion came into fruition about 4 years ago and we've dreamed of building the Z&M brand ever since.
