My entire upstairs was pine sub-flooring and when he came to give me an estimate, he let me know that they were sub-floors and gave me estimates for refinishing that existing flooring or for installing oak hardwoods. He was incredibly knowledgeable and walked me through the pros and cons of refinishing those existing floors. Ultimately we had oak hardwoods installed and stained throughout the upstairs. He got the job done quickly and was so communicative throughout the whole process, answering any questions I had.
