"urce To begin with, when my dryer started making noise, the only company that I wanted to call for service was Country Wide ProServ. This was based upon prior repair experience with this provider, and my complete satisfaction with the services provided in the past.  The repairman, Joey, who came for the dryer has repaired other appliances in this home, so I was pleased to see him. He quickly discovered the problem, advised that he needed parts, advised me of the price, Upon my agreement, he left to take care of another customer, obtain the parts needed for my service,. He assured me before leaving that he would complete the repair on the same day. He was true to his promise... within about an hour and a half, he was back at my house, and started right in on repairing it. when dose, he showed the parts which he replaced and demonstrated that the dryer was working fine. I cannot thank your company enough   .. I will continue to to call when needed. And, special thanks to Joey- you should be proud to have such a skilled and personable employee.

"John arrived early. I was also lucky because the company had a couple extra hours at the end of the day to fit me in the same day I called for help. I was already impressed. The job turned out requiring much more than simple removal and installation, which is what I requested help with. The television was 70" (new and replacement). The new sound system was completely different than the old. Wires leading to nowhere added to my embarrassment that I may have looked like I sprung a much harder job on them than I had first let on. Not the case. John has not only a very warm presence and smile to match, but also the determination (and strength) to complete a job well done and do it enthusiastically. Everything worked perfect when he left and I regretted all the anguish I had felt inside before calling them while thinking: no one will be able to get this done without breaking my piggy bank and wishing they hadn't taken on this feat.

"For a while, I was really always it seems that anytime I needed something, I couldn't get it timely. The first they would ask, for instance, when my air conditioning went out I had them and it's well have you maintained it. The application being that if you couldn't produce maintenance records they weren't going to do it. So on air conditioner was unhappy. They shocked me . I had a recent leak inside the loft. They sent somebody out here. They really did a good job on it. They were timely. A leak within the draining system inside the wall, I was getting water damage down the wall. They sent a plumber out. He opened up the wall and replaced the piping in there and then patched the wall back up. They don't do finish work on their patch up but hey do the patch. He was a pretty sharp young man. He was responsive. He came and he needed some things. he went and got them. He came right back. That was one that I was wondering if they were even going to do caus they'd been going on for a while. It was a drainage pipe in the wall. It was a manufacturing defect that had probably leaked from some early years of the home and got progressively worse until I could hear it. Actually when I would turn on the water on a certain faucet I could hear it drip down onto a fireplace. That's how I knew what it was. They don't do the finish. You do the finish. They do the patch. The only reason I kept them was because they showed me a different face with that repair. Before it seemed like everything you wanted they had a reason not to do it."
