"Jeff was really good to work with. He was very helpful in the redesign of features of my very old bathroom. He was very good about consulting me with changes in the job that he would recommend or that were necessary. He always listened to my wishes and comments and followed through with them if adjustments to the job were needed. He worked closely with me and is very personable. I am pleased with the remodel. I recommend Jeff and his business to anyone wanting a reliable contractor who delivers on what he promises."

"Well, it was fun as well as giving me just what I wanted for my house.....more light, more privacy, and aesthetics. The nice thing about Tim, aside from the fact that he's a nice person and very intelligent, and gifted in his field, is that he listens and makes you part of the process. I felt totally at ease and secure giving him keys to my house for work that was done when I wasn't there. My house maintains it's old feel (he blended the new with the old) as well as contributing to making it an even more beautiful house."

"Words can't express how happy we have been with our decision to go with Trickett Woodworks to build and install the cabinets in our custom kitchen. Geoff and Brian have been exceptional! Their communication before and during the project was always great. We had to delay the selection of our cabinet maker due to COVID, and Geoff was the only person that had regular check-ins with us during this time, none of the companies reached out to us at all. Trickett's workmanship is top notch. We asked for a very custom design that followed the contour of our cathedral ceiling which is not common. Geoff worked with us to come up with ideas on how best to accomplish the look we were going for and it turned out amazing. Geoff and Brian also went the extra mile when our countertop installers damaged several drawers and doors. Geoff made sure everything got fixed and that we were taken care of. I can't understate how happy we are with our cabinets and our experience with Trickett. We'll definitely be using them for future projects and highly recommend them to anyone."

"We heard of Tom Miller Construction company from an ad on our favorite classical music radio station. We sent an e-mail and promply
got a call back. His company provided a wonderful architect who drew up the plans for our kitchen remodel and new family room.
They began the project as scheduled, got all the permits and we just watched the progress. Tom Miller personally helped us pick out the
cabinets, the granite and the floor coverings. All work was finished in the promised 16 weeks. We are very satisfied with the project and
are enjoying showing it off to family and friends."

"They did a real good job. They were real professional. We can now open the garage door from the inside of the house and now it is so smooth that we have to check to see if we hit the button to open it or close it. Before we used to know when it was opening or closing because it used to make a noise. It helps when you move to a city where you are new. "

FAQs for major home repair (general contractor) projects in Pullman, WA

In many cases, it’s much less expensive to convert a bus than to buy an RV, especially if you’re considering a newer RV model, which can exceed $100,000.

Another huge benefit of school bus conversion is that you are in control of the renovation project. You get to pick your camper's new layout and all the appliances and furniture.

While school buses can easily cost $300,000 when they're new, you can often find used buses for just a few thousand dollars. These vehicles experience extreme depreciation due to government regulations; they can only be used for so long before they must be replaced. Due to those same regulations, other government agencies cannot purchase them for their own uses, so the consumer market is the only place they can go.

The length of time it takes to convert a bus depends on the scope of the project (and size of the bus), how much work is DIY vs. done by a professional contractor, and how much work you’re doing up front.

In general, expect at least a couple of months for a conversion, but larger conversions could take six months to a year. Remember: You can tackle projects as you go: Get the basic work done so that it’s livable, and then continue to enhance your living space over time.
