It was a Saturday and I was needing to go out of town. I found Glenn Nextdoor. He showed up with the parts he needed and quickly got to work. There was so much more wrong with the door than I expected. He didn’t stop and ask me about adding anything or tell me he was going to charge me for the additional parts. He just got it done. The bottom piece that holds the cable was broken, the spring was broken, three hinges were broken, and the company that had put the springs on 5 months earlier for $1200 put the wrong ones on. There were 3 springs, the parts, & the Saturday urgent call. I expected to get charged out of house and home. He had everything working perfectly and the door balanced in a couple hours. he emailed me the invoice. I thought he sent the wrong one. Only $600 . I absolutely recommend Okie Garage"
