"We discovered our roof had loose shingles, and one was missing! In anticipation of installing a SOLAR system, we contacted w/Pond Roofing - and after their on-site evaluation and presentation; we contracted for a replacement - architectural, and same color - THEIR WORK WAS OUTSTANDING, AND we're delighted with the result. Clean-up, and a follow-up 'raking' for nails on the lawn was excellent. Full disclosure: We've hired Pond years ago, and their work is still as professional, and quality as ever. WELL DONE!!"

"We had our roof replaced by Springfield roofing and they did an excellent job. Andre was easy to work with, professional, and timely. We are really happy with the work!"

"Work done in August 2017 Solar attic fan (under $800, before 30% federal tax credit) and skylight "solar tube" in an upstairs hallway (under $1000, before credit and including light and night light). We are very pleased with all phases of the job, as are friends who recently used AS for new roof, gutter guards, skylights. Each installation took no more than 90 minutes. There are no organizations; there are just people. And top to bottom, we were pleased with the owner (Rich Lindsay), the salesman (David Jones), the office mgr Erika, and - this is important - the young man who did the installations of the fan and the skylight tube. They are prompt, helpful, professional, and they clean up after the job. They explain things thoroughly, and I trust having them in our house."

"I needed to replace an old townhouse roof damaged by high winds. My experience with Roofing & More from my first contact with Marie was outstanding. Dwayne came a few days later and provided an estimate, complete explanation of roofing options and company polices, the insurance, license, pamphlets and documents. He also had a crew come out, the next morning, to put up some tarps. Angie keep me completely up-to-date on the project and scheduling, I was never left in the dark wondering about what was happening. Rob, Operations Manager, came out for a pre-construction meeting to explain exactly what and how the crew would perform the replacement, safety methods, home protection, cleanup and photo documentation during construction. On the day the work was performed the amazing hard working crew, led by Armando, worked as prescission drill team, continuously non-stop. They completely cleaned up all material that floated onto my neighbors areas. I did not find any debris that was overlooked. I was so impressed with Roofing & More that I have other projects for them."

"Presidential Exteriors is a great company to do a roof replacement with! We had our roof replaced in early February 2021 and we couldn’t be happier. The whole team was amazing to work with. Nate worked closely with us every step of the way to make sure we were happy and getting the best product and prices possible. He really made us feel like family. Elena was great at communicating every step of the process. The day of installation team was amazing. They dropped off the equipment one day before the project even though it had snowed the night before. The morning they came to do the roof, we still had ice on the roof, but instead of delaying the project, they scraped all of the ice off our roof and still got the whole roof done in one day! Our new roof is great and we couldn’t be happier. We very highly recommend Presidential Exteriors for any roof inspection and roof replacement. We will absolutely be keeping them on our list for any future projects with our house."

"Modern Renovations did a great job on are metal roof on are office very fast and great job Paul Forest lake Management"

"Outstanding company to deal with. They were by far the lowest estimate of any contractor I tried. The completed a remove and replace on a 3200 sq. ft. ranch in one day. The crew was polite and efficient and the clean up job was perfect. CENVAR is the only company to deal with for your roofing needs."

"I had a great experience with Rose Roofing that also worked with a Public Adjuster and my insurance company. The outcome was my insurance company paid for a roof replacement due to hail and wind damage. In short, Rose Roofing was professional, honest and reliable."

"The metal plate has been re-installed professionally, but the roof was only inspected partially due to rain at the time. They did a smaller thing instead with a small reduction of the price."

"Long time from discovering roof damage due to hail to having the roof replaced, but SJR was there for the entire process working with my insurance provider and keeping me updated. Once the approval came in and the weather permitted, the roof was replaced (had the gutters done also) very professionally and very quickly! The job was completed as advertised and as expected. The follow-up inspection was completed in the same professional manner and any concerns/questions I had were addressed and/or answered. Thank you SJR to giving me the piece of mind by having a roof that will last longer than I expect to be around!"
