I have several rental homes and price but more importantly quality work is very important for my investments. From my first interaction the team did a great job estimating and replacing a roof that had major storm damage from a tree falling on it. They replaced the entire roof materials as well as repaired a bunch of the roof decking. Everything was done quickly, with great quality and even the clean up of all of the old materials was spotless. Easy breezy for sure!"

"After getting eight contractor quotes, we chose Anyvision Home Remodeling. They were not the highest quote or the lowest. We went with Anyvision Home Remodeling because of Chase and his presentation. Chase wasn't pushy, he took time to listen to what we wanted and let us know if something wouldn't work and why. It was a complete, down to the studs and joists remodel! In fact, there was water damage and they had to replace some of the joists. Chase recommended some stores to us to go look at tile, sinks, the tub and cabinets and met us to look at our choices. I ordered some things online, but sent them to Chase to make sure they would work before ordering. The guys Chase has to do the work, from demo to completion, were fantastic! They really did a great job. If I noticed anything I didn't care for or had questions about, all I had to do was mention it and it was taken care of immediately. Communication was constant though WhatsApp. Chase set up a group and our communications were all documents right there. We knew what time and who was coming out any given day. We shared photos and occasionally just chatted. The end result is a gorgeous master bathroom with a private toilet room, an oversized double vanity with LED mirrors, and a wet room with a soaking tub and double rain showers, both with hand held showers too. Oh, and one thing I really appreciated, was that Chase brought in a cleaning person, so our new space was gleaming and ready for us to use! "Fast workers - not as detail-oriented as we needed for our hardwood floors and kitchen trim We hired Northwest Builders & Renovation to demolish a wall between two rooms, paint our LR, DR, kitchen, and a hallway. We also had them patch a section of wet lath & plaster, replace some baseboards, and hang a chandelier. (About $15k) They finished the majority of the work in 4 days - very fast! They were much less expensive, too, and we learned why later. They wanted to use laminate to finish (as the contract said) our hardwood floor patch from where the wall was. We have almost 100-year-old oak hardwood floors. When they said labor and materials are include in the bid, we should have asked which materials they planned to use. To finish a hardwood floor to them meant using laminate or engineered hardwood flooring, not real wood for hardwood flooring, AND to patch it in (leaving a line), not to weave it in as we wanted to blend it. Read between the lines to know the bid."

"Serge is wonderful. He tells what the job cost (replace toilet cost $250, he does not "pad" his labor cost. He does not nickle and dime you over the price of nails or screws or ther materials. He re-tiled our bathroom. We bought the tiles and matching grout. He had the morter and spacers- which were factored into his cost. We had a few hiccups with things not fitting right , Serge was very patient, gave us options, and worked to solve the issue. I would definitely hire him for more jobs."
