"Very pleased with the roofing and siding work performed by ROI Construction. Jose was especially helpful and very knowledgeable in all areas of home repair, including roofing, skylights, trim and siding. Brooke did a great job scheduling and managing the project. Highly recommend ROI for your roofing/remodeling needs."

"Fantastic responsiveness, especially with the rain coming in 36 hours. Good pricing, good professionalism, highly recommend that you include them in your next roofing project, or at least as one of your bidders."

"It was a positive experience. We worked directly with the owner. He was very honest and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of our questions and did a great job matching our existing siding. He would be my first choice for any future roofing or siding needs."

"I just wanted to give a big thank you to John Cisna for working with us, answered all our questions and informing us of all the things we needed to know about the process of getting a replacement roof and most especially the price was great and reasonable. The installation went smoothly, George and his team came out early, cleaned up everything and finished it the next day. They were very efficient and did a great job on our new roof. Definitely, I will refer Walter Brown to my friends and family."

"GREAT JOB! OUR 2300 SF ROOF WITH TWO LAYERS OF OLD SHINGLES WAS REPLACED IN ONE DAY WITH AN UPGRADED SHINGLE PRODUCT WITH A LIFETIME GUARANTEE. THE NEW ROOF LOOKS GREAT AND HIS CREW DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF INSTALLATION AND CLEAN UP. WE COULD NOT BE HAPPIER."

"Their consultant was on time and very knowledgeable. I ultimately decided to move forward with a new Roof and replacement windows. My Roof was done roughly 2 weeks later and my windows were just completed. I am very pleased and look forward to the energy savings this winter. The architectural shingles really look good and have gotten me a lot of compliments from my neighbors."

"He did a real good job of cleaning up. He has a helper and he always works with him. He does not put him on the job and come back and check later. He did a good job and he was supposed to give me an estimate on repairing of the wall. He was honest and hardworking and that is why i went with me. I am concerned about matching colors on my roof and he paid details to that. My brother said however they had not fill up a couple of ports on the roof. He thought they over looked it other than that he did a good job."

"My meeting with the salesperson went very well. Two days later I signed a contract. Unfortunately, it was downhill from there - as far as communication is concerned. I could not get a straight answer as to the exact date my roof would be replaced. The date kept changing and I was never notified of this even though I explicitly said I wanted to be home for the install. The owner got a bit defensive with me when I got angry about this but eventually seemed to understand my point. The crew showed up on time and did a wonderful job. I had been told the owner would be on site at some point during the installation. He wasn't but that was okay with me. What wasn't okay with me was getting a bill where it stated at the bottom "A 3% fee will be assessed on all credit card purchases." There was absolutely NO notice of this fee prior to the work being done - it was not stated verbally, it was not included on the estimate and it was not included on the contract. I am VERY happy with my roof - the crew was amazing and not one drop of debris was left behind. Very considerate and conscientious. I'm not saying not to hire this company - I'm just saying be forewarned of communication frustrations and the 3% fee you will be charged on payments made with a credit card!"
