"I contacted White Glove for a living room and hallway flooring job. We had our entire living room redone, including flooring, two years ago. That flooring installer did not prep the floor properly. As a result, the vinyl flooring cracked. I contacted Jason and he was out promptly to look at our job and listen to our concerns. Jason not only prepped the floor properly before installing the new floor, but also addressed a few other minor issues that we had to make sure that we were totally satisfied. A great experience! "Bill and his team did a variety of home repair and improvement projects on my 40+ year home Fall 2024. We a couple months. These included: repairs : replacement of wood sub flooring/framing in basement ceiling/upstairs, covering outside side door concrete steps on slate,and cresting a new sidewalk to lead up to it, cleaning front of house stonework and putting protectant on it, building new short frame and drywall in order to replace old closet doors, dry walling and painting interior room and more. What impressed me most were the professionalism and expertise of Bill and his team in every way. Quotes were detailed, and multiple options were provided when needed. I was kept informed of daily schedules and progress, the contractors were skilled, meticulous and excellent with prep and cleanup. Personally, they were conscientious, diligent and trustworthy, as well as patient, friendly and kind, including with very curious twin five year olds there several afternoons a week. "

"Iâ m writing this to warn anyone considering LVR Lehigh Valley Renovations for their flooring needs. My experience with them has been an absolute disaster. I hired them to furnish and install LVT flooring for the second floor of my daughterâ s house, and it turned out to be a complete nightmare. From the outset, their business practices were shady. They provided a quote and required full payment in advance, which we paid without hesitation. Once the payment was made, things took a turn for the worse. They started bombarding us with numerous change orders, each one adding more to the cost. It became evident that these were just tactics to squeeze more money out of us. When we refused to accept their unreasonable demands, they delivered the flooring materials and then disappeared. They never showed up to install the floor, leaving us high and dry. Despite repeated attempts to contact them and get them to complete the job, they were unresponsive and did not honor their commitment. In the end, we had no choice but to hire another contractor to complete the installation. This added additional costs and a lot of unnecessary stress. Do yourself a favor and avoid LVR Lehigh Valley Renovations at all costs. They are unreliable, dishonest, and unprofessional. Save yourself the trouble and find a contractor who will actually follow through on their promises."
