"This was an excellent job and an outstanding experience.  Roofing and More has made several repairs and replaced all the doors in our home with superb service and quality.  In all previous projects, the crews were punctual, professional and executed the work at the highest level of care.  So when we approached them to replace our window, we knew we were in good hands.  But we were even more amazed when we were told the window was still under warranty and the only thing not covered was the labor to put it in.

The sale representative (Albert) was knowledgeable about the product line. He answered my questions and worked with me to find a product right for me and within my budget. He explained the different features and options - but i never felt pressured. Besides just "selling and installing" my doors, Albert and Eric went above and beyond the written contract and were gracious in volunteering to help me with a few handyman-type small jobs I needed after the break-in: helping to install a new motion-detector light and fixing a broken wooden gate. These were small "chores", but the extra effort they took to quickly install a new backyard security light and to fix the broken gate helped me feel more secure after the break-in incident. Knowing about my situation with the break-in, everyone at Supreme Window and Door worked to expedite the process and get my new doors ordered and installed as soon as possible.

"First, i advise potential customers to read as much background information as you can so you understand basic options and know the questions to ask the contractor. That helps the process of deciding what needs to be done. Having said that. Chris Wallace  clearly explained options, with pros and cons of each choice. He did a thorough check of the roof and the damaged fascia etc. before making recommendations. He recommends only the work that needs to be done, and will not push unneeded or unwanted extras. For example, he proposed adding gutter guards but when I explained I didn't want them, he dropped them from his proposal.
I found Chris and his crew to be efficient and hard-working giving much attention to detail, and they cleaned up and removed all debris from the project. I was pleased with every phase of the project, and would definitely hire them again if the need arises.

Very fast and extremely Knowledgeable-I really like the fact that they focus only on roofing and they just they didn’t just come out and inspect the air my roof water was leaking inside the interior they went inside to actually see the water stain to see exactly what needs to be repaired.
