"He did a check and it didn't need anything, so I am hoping he was right. The HVAC was put in about 8 years ago so I figured it may need something adjusted. I was at work so my daughter was at home and let him in. He called me afterward to say all was well.."

"I looked for a/c repair on a Sunday, not expecting any replies. To my surprise, Clark Forbes not only replied but said he would be able to come out later in the day. He kept in communication to let me know approx. time of arrival. he came out and got it running. my central a/c is 51 years old with no parts ever replaced. It still had some issues that could not be solved without additional parts likely needed. he checked on parts available for such an old unit the next day as promised. he kept in communication all the next day and discussed what direction I wanted to go with such an old unit. we agreed that if it quits in the future we might continue with parts, but would have to evaluate the rational cost of fixing a 51-year-old unit /versus replacement. I would recommend his services to anyone and his quick response and constant communication were wonderful in this day and age of people not getting back to you."
