"I made a call and Jordan responded he sent someone out to look at the roof it wasn?t the roof problem it was the gutters from the snow but they repaired the gutters even though it wasn?t a roof problem. I appreciate everything that he did he sent someone out quick and they responded and fix the problem quickly. This was so greatly appreciated since I am a widow and I don?t have anyone to fix things. I will be using Home genius for Problems that I have and I will especially ask for Jordan."

When the person came to measure he also didn’t catch that I was having all my windows done except one. The windows look great. The response when I notified the co that one window was missed was very fast but added to my cost."
