The A/C company the landlord used said he needed a whole new unit AND it was going to take 2-1/2 weeks before they could get it done. We were in the middle of a heatwaveâ ¦ and our office was a sweatshop. My boss says I could call my guy to see if they could do it any faster. Well, I called John at Hometown Heating & Cooling it was 4:30 in the afternoon and our office closes at 5pm. Hometown came out the very next morning, fixed our A/C the same dayâ ¦ instead of a $15,000 unit. Hometown fixed it for $250. Hometown earned the business from my boss and the landlord that day. "I had an issue with my computer where it was opening lots of pop ups, ad bars, and windows with ads for games. I had tried several different programs to try to remove it with no luck. I finally decided to call North Alabama Technical Service to see if I he could help. I was expecting to set up a time for him to look at it but he connected to my computer immediately and within an hour had it fixed and running perfect again. Great service at a great price and I didn't even have to disconnect it and carry it somewhere! Would call again if I have another issue I can't resolve myself."

Extremely knowable on geo-thermal systems, the repairs were made in timely manner at a fair price, my only regret on this geo unit is I should have had Continental install the system in the first place, it’s seems very likely I would not be haveing the maintenance issues."
