"I had a wonderful experience with TILS. We were needing some framing, drywall, retexturing, windows moved, closet remodels and stucco done within a very tight timeline. I had tried several other contractors and they either were too busy or told us they could do it and then never called us back. I called and talked to Marc and it was smooth sailing from that point on. He did everything he could to make sure everything was getting done right and within the time frame we needed it. He really bent over backwards to make sure I was happy! His workers were there when they said they would be and they were quick! But they did not sacrifice quality at all. If I would call with a problem or needed something else done, Marc would have someone there within hours getting it done- amazing! I really appreciate the time they took to do this seemly small job even though they were busy with several other big jobs at the time. I highly recommend TILS and I am very happy with the work they did!"

"I contacted them and described the job that I needed a bid on. We have a 600 square foot office with 3 rooms. We agreed on the price and time of service. He and I both arrived 15 minutes early and inspected the area to be painted. He noticed a  drywall crack and said he would make the repair and no extra charge. I left and came back late that afternoon to pay him. He had needed to apply 3 coats of paint as we were using a much lighter color than what was used before. The office looked terrific, I did not see any evidence of the wall crack that had previously existed. I asked him how much extra that would cost and he replied that he would honor his original bid. I gave him some extra cash as an expression of my gratitude. I have several work related needs for paint contractors and I plan to use him from now on. "Company was given measurements for my dining room table. Two of the pads were measured incorrectly and the wrong pads were sent to me. I called the company to explain the wrong measurements and gave new measurements for the end piece and one other piece. The end piece then sent to me was wrong again."

"I accidentally drove my car through the wall of the garage. Mr. Brent Hill responded quickly to my call. He came at a time that was convenient for me. The job required more than one visit to complete the final painting. When finished, I could not tell where the repair had been done. The work blended in perfectly with the original. Mr. Hill cleaned up the area and moved everything back into place. The job was completed within a very reasonable timeframe, was done efficiently, and professionally."

"Whereas I like the carpet and flooring, the new baseboards were painted (not a good job) by an unlicensed contractor they subcontracted with. They did credit me $100 however, I was stuck with the mess. We had called after we signed the contract and asked to replace the baseboards in the room that they put the new carpet in. They did not follow through and said we never called to add that to the order. Being out of town during installation, we had no idea things were not going exactly as we planned. I feel the owner and staff are rather condescending. They had an excuse for everything. It was a frustrating experience."

"As a whole all went very well. He listened to our concerns and open to our ideas. Tony Brice and his crew did a great job. My husband and I absolutely love what that they did. Our master bath is now more like our very own spa/serenity. The master bed room is much more relaxing and brighter.
As with all remodels it had its blips/ issues. Most were not any fault of B Ann Builders or Tonys crew. They were prompt. Stayed on time and budget even though there were surprises durning demo and remodel. Tony took it all in stride with no up charging or additional cost to us. Can not say that about past contractors we have used in the past.
Bottom line. We HIGHLY recommend Tony Brice and B Ann Builders. If you are looking for some one whom is a honest, hardworking and able to communicate all processes. Have Tony come and discuss your remodel.

The painter proceeded to roll on the paint beginning with the red accent wall first.   After all walls were painted  then cutting in around doors and windows.  Then he applied the second coat on the red wall and then applied a second cut-in and the second coat to all walls.  With the walls painted and repainted he started on the baseboards which he painted twice.  Project done!  And an excellent job was completed.
