"My mother-in-law's home has an older electric garage door. It has been showing signs of age for some time. Wednesday night as I opened it, it started squeaking very loudly and binding. He was scheduled for late evening but called and actually was able to come a couple hours early. He looked at the door and gave us a couple of options: replace entirely as no longer made or he could make a couple of repairs to allow it to keep working as well as it could for its age. We opted to have him just do the repairs. He replaced a broken roller/wheel, put up a new bracket to attach the control arm to and he lubricated every hinge, joint and spring. After he was done he tested it several times, made a few adjustments and charged us a lot less than we feared. Wyatt did a phenomenal job."
