"NYC Plumbing, Heating, and Drain Cleaning was hired to clear a main drain blockage. They responded quickly and gave me a reasonable quote. They arrived in a timely manner and resolved the problem within a few minutes. I was informed of the issue and was told that the main drain was snaked out both going into the home and out to the street. I highly recommend them for any drain blockage work you may need."

I highly recommend Winners Sewer and Drain for anyone facing similar plumbing challenges."

"Called them on a Sunday when I noticed a backup at an outside drain; Pasquale & crew showed up the next morning. Given the kind of work they do, and the fact that the floors had just been washed, I asked them to take off their shoes in the house and they did! <3 It took maybe half an hour to clean out the sewer drain. While this was happening a tenant mentioned that he had a leak under his kitchen sink, and the crew was flexible enough to handle it on the spot, in the same visit. Thanks, guys! Would definitely hire again."

"Got to my place later than expected because they were stuck on another job which is understandable. Did not finish my job until after 12:00 am in the morning. My job took longer than anticipated. I was given one price at the beginning and that's what we anticipated paying because I am on a budget. After the job was finished we were handed a bill that was much more than what was quoted. I was a very upset about that. I know that it took longer and they had to go back and forth to the truck to get supplies, the only thing is I wish I was informed of this during the job so I would know what to do. What if we didn't have the money? Anyway the job was done good and we are pleased with the outcome. So far our sink is working properly and good. We had a double sink installed, the faucet and we have a water omosis machine that had to get hooked up, so it did take a lot of time because piping had to be changed from a single sink to a double. I would recommend this company."

"Entoni and the crew came to clear a sewer line blockage and create a video of the line. The trap had been hidden under the flooring by the previous owner. This team would not walk away until the job was completed successfully. They located the trap, snaked the line and provided me with the video. I admire their professionalism and perseverance. I highly recommend them!"

Candace and Diana were prompt in their response and arranged the appointment swiftly. 5 stars to Robert the plumber who put in the extra hard work and determination to remedy my plumbing issue. It should have been fairly routine drain cleanout but proved to be a bit of a pain and Robert’s expertise, patience and determination shined. He was polite and respectful. Prompt and efficient. I would certainly call them again. Now I can use my bathroom sink again without worry!"

I appreciated that he took the time to explain what caused the problem and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing plumbing work."
