I called Ace and Luis immediately picked up the phone and was at my house by 8 AM that day after hearing my anxious voice. Luis is wonderful...a very reassuring and professional individual who listened carefully and empathetically to my hyper anxious concerns. He inspected all my furniture and asked where else I would like him to look. Thankfully, he did not find any bedbugs, but gave me great advice about how to spot and avoid them showing me an illustration of what the life cycle of a bed bug looks like and where to find them.
