Job was done on time and on schedule despite some unexpected “issues” with our neighbors, which they handled with the utmost professionalism. They were very responsive to concerns raised during the job and managed to address some small additional tasks that were uncovered and not part of the initial proposal at no additional cost. "LI Waterproofing had done extensive work in my basement for the previous owner, so I opted to give them a try myself to resolve new problems that had not been previously addressed. John and his men were responsive and professional.  The work was done as expected and in a reasonable amount of time.  The price was right for the scope of the work requested.  Hand digging was required to expose the foundation outside.  I opted to remove the plants in my garden bed myself before the work was done.  I'm glad I did so. The men worked around the one larger hydrangea I did not move, and it was pretty roughed up during the process.  (I cut back the broken branches that were covered with tar, and I think it will be OK.)  We have had one good rain since the work was done, and the repaired areas in the basement show no signs of dampness.  So I am hopeful.  My sole criticism of the work is that clean-up could have been done better.  Gravel used to fill the window well was spilled into the adjacent garden bed on top of plants.  I spent about 2 hours sorting that out and sweeping the porch and basement where dirt and cement were left.

They brought in a structural engineer to thoroughly examine the foundation and wrote up a detailed report, including extensive photographs, of the problem. They gave a written proposal for potential work to repair the problem according to township code. "Excellent. Marcos is extremely detailed and thorough. He discovered water leakage through existing foundation and urged me to have him fix the problem. After digging he showed me all the broken mortar that caused the water leaks. He corrected the problem, added drainage and water proofed the walls.

He then installed the brand new patio with Cambridge pavers. He installed the patio and added an ornate border which looked amazing. We never asked him to do this!

Marcos and his crew are hard working and professional. after the job was complete, they cleaned up, reseeded the lawn and removed the demolition material.
