"Kelvin Funes, owner of KF Remodeling is a very experienced contractor in all aspects of home building and remodeling. They have done four jobs for me this year from Feb to July of 2025. Jobs included; shower/bathroom, plumbing, electrical, drywall, and painting. Some were major plumbing and installation of wired smoke detectors. Not easy but Kelvin always tells me his job is to solve problems. And he does. Twice I needed to call him back to handle small over looked items and he returned promptly to handle them. "Called James on short notice for a potential pipe leak. The tenants noticed mold on the ceiling. James came by and found it was caused by pin size holes. He replaced the pipe and additionally replaced a facet (at the tenant?s request). He was very nice on the phone and professional. James was very good spirited about the whole situation and also gave me an accurate cost
of the facet. He got everything done quickly and made time in his schedule to turn an evaluation into a full repair with additions.
