"My main water pipe sprang a leak on the Sunday night before the latest freeze in Texas at the end of January 2023. The water company came out and turned off the water for us and then I headed to Angi's to find some help...I didn't actually even contact Alb's, they contacted me and came out first thing Monday morning. It was already drizzly and cold but they located the leak, checked for any others, quoted the job, dug the hole, cut the tree root that had caused the damage, patched the water like and covered the whole thing up again, turned our water back on and promised to come back and finish when the weather improved. We paid them and they did just that. I thought we were going to have to mortgage the house to pay for this work, given stories I'd heard from other people with underground plumbing issues but the price was reasonable, especially under the circumstances, the service was exceptional, and the company is as good as its word. I'm already having them quote the rest of the line since the tree so far seems there to stay. This is the only time I've actually used my Angi's list subscription but it was a real home run."
