"The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."

Travis and MainLine Remodel went above and beyond. I live out of town and rent the property. It was very reassuring to have someone there I can trust to do a quality job and to identify areas of concern. Travis identified an improperly installed window that was leaking. He and his team corrected the issue. The incorrectly installed window/leak was not identified by property managers hired to manage the property in the past. Due to the good work, I had the MainLine team do some extra handyman tasks while onsite (e.g. check on a leak spot on the bathroom ceiling). I am very happy with the work performed by Travis and MainLine Remodel. The job was not cheap, but I know I paid for quality work. Travis and the team were busy and had to reschedule a few times, but I understand that speaks to the demand for their services."

"The wrong shower tile was installed, the exhaust fan/light was not installed and not left at the job site, grab bar was not installed as requested, work site was left a mess. When concerns were voiced to the owner he stated "That's how we always do it" and that my disappointment was a list of "petty stuff". He advised that his customers were always satisfied and I had yelled and cursed at him which was not the way he does business. I may have yelled, but I was not a satisfied customer and wanted at least some sort of apology or indication that he had some responsibility in not doing the job as expected. That did not happen. Two and a half weeks later, I made a second call. He did offer to "fix" two of my issues (threshold not level with hall floor and install fan/light so that the light would work with the old fan - I had expected to have the new fan and light installed). I declined his offer as I have no faith that his fix will be any better than the work already done. I live out of state and would not be on site to see what was done. Additionally, there is no way for him to "fix" the wrong tile, the fan/light I provided and paid for is gone, as is the leftover paint that I paid for and I have already cleaned/scrubbed walls, floor, toilet, vanity, mirror and light fixture which all had grout or paint left on them.
