The technician I talked with was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I did get stuck during the repair and they called me on my cell and talked me through what I needed to do. I know I saved a lot of money by not having an appliance repair person come to my house with the mark up on parts and labor rates per hour I believe I saved at least half of the cost, if not more from ordering on line and chatting and talking to the Tin Lizzee technician, it was $30 well spent."

He didn't charge very much, and he was prompt, very nice, and professional. He was able to tell very quickly that I had a refrigerant leak and gave a few option for repair or replacement. He repaired it after informing us what the issue was and then tested the washer to make sure it was repaired. It has been working and is great. A previous repairman gave us a diagnosis over the phone that it was the motherboard and said it would be the $250 part and another $80-$100 for the repair...and then did not show for the appointment. Our bill with N & J APPLIANCE REPAIR LLC was $60.00!! He found that the drain was completely clogged and it was triggering error codes, so we needed no parts and he only charged for his time....and a very fair charge as well!! This kind of honesty and service I thought was a thing of the past and we could not recommend them more!!"

"It's a $75 service fee every time they send somebody out. It's cheap, you know it's insurance. They're excellent. I have no problems. I've been with them for years. They're fair. They give you a warranty on the repairs that are made. They're always responsive, I've never had any issues with their punctuality. The only problem I have with them is the wait time. The wait time to get to a human is sometimes extended to 20 or 30 minutes sometimes. They got prompts; you can do everything online, but sometimes you need to talk to a customer service representative about something. It takes so long, you'll get to them and once you get to them they're always responsive it just takes them a long time. I renew every year; it's a one-year renewable."
