"Logan and his crew were very professional in installing the water heater. They were very easy to work with and answered all our questions so we could understand the operations of a tankless heater. "I talked to Steve up at Flow Rite about water leaking from under my slab. After he came out and discovered it was a slab leak he had it fixed within 48 hours. This involved digging 12 foot under the slab of the house, welding in a new pipe, and putting all the dirt back. They were very professional and it all looked very good after they were done. I would recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing services."

"Some delays due to a misdiagnosis from the first technician. Would have been nice if Landmark suggested a second opinion instead of just denying a diagnosis of needing an entire new AC unit. But at my request a second opinion was done and all that was needed was a new compressor."

"His work was excellent and his price was about quite a bit (approximately 30%) less than two other quotes. He finished in the time table he gave us and his supply costs were about 70% less than what I had anticipated. This was the third time we have used his services. The previous time, we had him move french doors from inside our home to replace sliding glass doors and my wife and I were extremely pleased with his work quality and his prices. He is a pleasant contractor that is courteous of letting our dog out when she needs out and we felt perfectly comfortable leaving him a key to our home to come and go as he needed. The time prior to that remodel, we also had him completely texture, tape and bed our large living room - and his work quality then is what prompted us to hire him the following two times. I wouldn't hesitate to call Shawn any time I need any work done on our home or other houses we own."
