"I received multiple bids for a simple 1 to 1 swap out of our 13 year old water heater that finally burst. We have a toddler so getting a fix quickly was a priority. Other companies had options, but they would require additional work or were far more expensive than my initial research showed. Rooter-Man was courteous, upfront, and honest about what they could provide. A quote was provided on the spot with no "hidden fees" or "gotcha" moments. "They came within a day and converted by old 3 knob setup to a more modern 1 knob setup which required cutting and reconfiguring pipes. The whole job was done in a half day and the shower/bath was repaired. Very nice plumber and front office team as well."
