"These guys busted our water line, flooded our house, lined half of the sewer line they said they were going to which left us with a continually clogging sewer line (just cleared it again the other day). They DIDN'T refund us anything or pay for any damages and insisted they did a good job. We brought the matter to small claims, won a judgement and they're still not paying. "Fixed the hose bib but not how the faucet was sitting on the siding. It was loose and had a gap between the siding and faucet. $500 for a small gasket fix in the faucet is crazy. Lesson learned. "
